Viviana Alatorre

Viviana joined The Brooklyn Studio in the summer of 2026. She earned her Bachelor of Architecture degree as a Macaulay Honors student from The Spitzer school of Architecture at The City College of New York. During her undergraduate studies, she received the Horace W. Goldsmith Scholarship, supporting her semester abroad in Barcelona, Spain where her interest in adaptive reuse and preservation grew. Viviana also played on the CCNY’s NCAA Division lll women’s volleyball team and began studying architecture in high school.

Before joining the firm, Viviana gained experience through a variety of internships and architectural positions across New York City, contributing to residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects with SCA, NYCEDC, AA1 Architects, A2 Architects and more. She particularly enjoys model making to explore design ideas.

Born and raised in Astoria, Queens, New York, Viviana enjoys traveling, playing volleyball, painting and taking care of her cats outside of the office.
