Nadia Johnson
Project Designer
Nadia joined The Brooklyn Studio in the fall of 2021. She earned a Master of Architecture from Parsons School of Design and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Design and Architecture from New York University. While at NYU, she spent a semester abroad studying sustainable design through the lens of Berlin’s history and urban ecology.
Nadia’s graduate thesis explored ways in which educational architecture can be reimagined for a healthier, more sustainable, and more creative future of learning. Her thesis turned to the history of a Victorian house in Flatbush to investigate these concepts.
The Proust Questionnaire
Taking inspiration from a popular nineteenth-century parlor game, we sat down with each member of our team and asked them a few questions about their inspirations and aspirations.
